Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use domagle. To make any payment (including the Debate Pass, Pro subscription, server entry fees, tips, ads, or competition prizes) you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

All payments made on domagle are final and non-refundable. This includes the one-time Debate Pass, the Pro subscription, server entry fees, tips/donations, ad spots, and competition prize funding. Because access and digital services are delivered immediately, no refunds are offered except where required by applicable law. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current paid period.

Disputed or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback.

All competitions and prize pools on domagle are contests of skill, not chance. Winners are determined by debate performance — through audience voting, an AI judge, or the host's scoring, and never by a random draw, lottery, or sweepstake mechanics. No entry fee or purchase is required to be eligible for a competition prize where prohibited; where a server charges an entry fee, that fee is for debating the host and is separate from prize eligibility.

Prize funding provided by a host is held by domagle and paid to the winner as described in these Terms. Competitions are void where prohibited.

Server hosts earn an 80% share of entry fees and tips; domagle retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts of your available balance are processed manually via Stripe and may take up to 30 days. Payouts require identity verification, are subject to review for fraud, disputes, or suspicious activity, and domagle may withhold or reverse a payout where justified. Balances do not earn interest. All amounts are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Competition cash prizes are paid to the verified winner as a payout request the winner can claim. domagle is not responsible for tax obligations arising from prizes or earnings — you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

domagle uses automated AI to judge debates and to moderate content (including reels). AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, may reflect biases in the underlying models, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, fair, or definitive. AI verdicts and moderation decisions are tools to assist the community, not professional or legally binding determinations.

You should not rely on an AI verdict as a final or objective ruling. If you believe an AI judge or moderation decision was wrong or biased, you may appeal by reporting the debate or reel to our admins, who will review it. Repeated reliance on AI outputs as fact is at your own risk.

Live (video and voice) debates use your device microphone and camera. By starting or joining a live debate you explicitly consent to the use of your microphone and camera during that debate, and to that audio and video being transmitted live to the other participant and to viewers.

Live debate footage is not recorded or stored by domagle — it is live-only and is discarded the moment the debate ends, unless you report the debate for moderation (in which case the text transcript may be retained for review). You can turn off your camera or microphone at any time during a debate, or choose a text-only debate instead. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

You are responsible for all content you post or transmit on domagle, including reels, debate messages, and your profile. You must own or have the rights to any content (including music, audio, images, and video) you upload. You may not include copyrighted music or other copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.

If you believe content on domagle infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice through our Copyright Takedown page with the content location and a good-faith statement of ownership. We review notices and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or defraud others; not to post illegal, sexual, or hateful content; and not to impersonate or misrepresent your identity, credentials, qualifications, or affiliation with any person or organisation. Verification badges are granted at domagle's discretion and may be removed at any time.

Debate content represents users' personal opinions, not professional advice. You must not present statements on domagle as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or misrepresent the platform, its features, or its owners.

Server hosts set their own questions, rules, entry fees, winner modes, and competitions, and are responsible for conduct in their server. domagle is not a party to disputes between hosts and their debaters beyond what these Terms provide.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. domagle does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, domagle's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to domagle in the six months preceding the claim, and in no event shall domagle be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

domagle may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a risk to the Service. You may stop using domagle at any time. Pro subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
