End User License Agreement

domagle grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and our Terms of Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Use the App to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any person, or to post illegal content.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the App, or interfere with its servers or security.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code, or attempt to overload or crash the service.

You are responsible for all content you post or transmit. You must own or have the rights to any content (including music, audio, images, and video) you upload. You grant domagle a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content within the App. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The App accepts user-uploaded media (images and videos) for reels, avatars, and ads. We validate file size and type and store uploads as static assets — uploaded content is never executed as code on our servers. You must not upload files designed to exploit, overload, or breach the security of the service or other users.

Some features (Debate Pass, Pro subscription, server fees, tips, ads, and competition prizes) are paid. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. See our Terms of Service for full payment terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. domagle does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. AI features may produce inaccurate or biased outputs and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, domagle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. domagle's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to domagle in the six months preceding the claim.

domagle may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, all licences granted to you end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, no warranty, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and the "domagle" name and logo, is owned by domagle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your content remains yours; you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others. See our DMCA Policy.

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated EULA.

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
