Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, display name, and role, plus profile details you add (bio, profile picture, links). Why: to create and run your account and show your profile. Kept: until you delete your account.

Usage & analytics: the debates you join, messages you send, reels you post, votes, follows, and interactions, plus basic, anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage). Why: to provide the service, match opponents, rank leaderboards, and understand how the platform is used. We do not sell this data. Kept: usage records while your account is active; aggregated anonymous analytics up to 24 months.

Crash & error logs: if the app encounters an error, technical logs (no password or payment-card data) may be recorded for debugging. Why: to fix bugs and keep the service stable. Kept: up to 90 days.

Location (approximate): the country you set on your profile, used only to draw the debate "flight route" between opponents. We do not collect precise GPS location. Why: to show the visual connection between debaters. Kept: until you change or delete it.

Photos & videos: your profile picture and the reel videos you choose to upload. Why: to display your profile and your reels. Kept: until you delete the photo/reel or your account. Live debate video and audio are never recorded or stored (see section 2).

Device information: a random device identifier stored in your browser, used to prevent promo-code and rate-limit abuse. We do not collect advertising identifiers. Why: fraud and abuse prevention. Kept: while the identifier remains in your browser.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. domagle does not store your full card details, only transaction records and status. Why: to deliver what you paid for and keep records required by law. Kept: transaction records for as long as required by tax/accounting law.

Your microphone and camera are used only during a live debate that you start or join, and only with your explicit consent. Live audio and video are transmitted peer-to-peer and to viewers in real time. Live debate footage is not recorded or stored by domagle. When the debate ends, media streams and the text transcript are discarded immediately, unless the debate is reported for moderation (then the transcript may be kept for review). You can disable your camera or mic at any time, or use text-only debates.

Debate messages are stored for the duration of a session so both participants and viewers can see them. After a debate ends, the transcript is wiped unless a participant reports the debate. Reported transcripts are retained for moderator review and then removed.

domagle uses AI to generate debate replies (in practice mode), to judge debates, and to moderate reels. This may involve sending text to third-party AI providers. We do not use your live audio or video to train AI models. AI outputs are not stored beyond the session except where a debate is reported.

To provide debates, matchmaking, leaderboards, servers, reels, payments, and safety moderation; to communicate with you; and to prevent abuse and fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Live media is discarded at debate end. Transcripts are wiped unless reported. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; some records (e.g., payment records) are retained as required by law.

You can edit your profile, disable media in text-only debates, delete your reels, and request account deletion. You can manage follows and blocks at any time.

domagle is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Anyone under 18 must not make payments without guardian consent.

domagle is based in Japan. If you use it from another country, your data is processed in Japan and you consent to that transfer.

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal data we hold, to access or export it, to correct it, to delete it, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data — domagle does not sell or share your data for advertising. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app account-deletion tool (Settings → Delete account) or contact us through the home page. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You can withdraw any consent you gave (for example, microphone/camera consent) at any time by leaving a debate or switching to text-only mode.
