DMCA / Copyright Policy

If you believe content on domagle (a reel, debate, profile, or other upload) infringes your copyright, submit a notice through our Copyright Takedown form. Your notice must include, at minimum:

• Your full name and a way to contact you (email is fine).
• The exact URL or location of the infringing content on domagle.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We review notices and, for valid claims, remove or disable access to the infringing content, usually within a few business days. We may contact you if we need more information. Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the in-app feedback tools including: your contact details, the location of the removed content, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We may restore the content if no legal action is commenced within a reasonable period.

This process is for copyright infringement only. For other concerns — such as harassment, impersonation, non-copyright content policy violations, or privacy complaints — use the in-app report tools on the relevant reel, debate, or profile. See our Terms of Service.

domagle does not actively monitor or pre-screen user uploads for copyright issues. We act on valid notices and may remove content that comes to our attention as clearly infringing. We retain the right to remove any content at our discretion.

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
